I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was professional and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. The coffee was of excellent quality and delicious, all served in a spotless environment.

We requested that, since they couldn't issue a refund, they could at least expedite our simple order of two breakfast burritos and have it ready in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they denied that request as well. As a result, I'm left out $25. Customer service is vital, and I work in marketing—I know that businesses which empower their staff to resolve issues succeed, while those that don't often fail. This situation could have been easily fixed. Effective problem-solving distinguishes successful businesses and earns them those coveted five-star ratings. At the very least, I expected an immediate refund. No one seemed to have the authority to make a decision that would benefit the business’s reputation. I should have been reimbursed on the spot, even in cash or perhaps offered a gift card, especially if they couldn't fulfill our order. A complimentary coffee or something similar would have also been a nice gesture. They can sort out the expenses on their end later. We weren't rude or overly demanding; we simply anticipated a prompt solution to our issue. Now, I'm still out $25 without breakfast. They mentioned they would call me, so we'll see how that goes. However, this situation should have been resolved immediately.

If you appreciate friendly service and quick meals, this is not the place for you. We prefer to support local businesses, but the service here consistently disappoints. The staff always appears to be in a bad mood, and our food is never ready on time. We usually end up waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes.

Great food every time I go. However, the last 4-5 months least, you're not able to call anymore and make an order or get anyone on the phone. And they also have certain hours their kitchen is open so it would be nice for them to post their kitchen hours somewhere. I hate to make the drive all the way down there thinking I can have them for lunch when in reality, the kitchen is closed.

Delicious. They were out of potatoes so they gave me a double order of fruit which I enjoyed! And let's face it, it was much healthier. It took a little longer than expected to get my order and they insisted on refunding me even when I told them I was not unhappy.
