Mt Fuji Japanese - Little Rock

They just go hit by a Tornado, but that did not affect the food or the service. It was excellent!! Anyone that appreciates Japanese food will love it here, it is the most authentic Japanese Restaurant in Little Rock.Vegetarian options: They have good Vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of parking space and it is right off the highway.

Absolutely my favorite place to go for sushi!I took my girlfriend here for a date and ordered the lunch special. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Seating was amazing and our servers were very good at keeping our waters topped off, while giving me plenty of time to teach her how chopsticks work. And some of the etiquette I've learned about.I was delighted when the chef stopped by and talked with us about his sushi and his career and training lead him to create the flavorful rolls and pieces. And that Miso Soup is devine!Pricing was very appealing which is good for those that want delicious food for lunch or dinner!Vegetarian options: They offer veggie rolls for those looking for vegetarian options.Parking: Pretty easy to find a spot.

This was a 5-star restaurant with the old owner. I am not sure that the efforts of the new owners are the right ones (particularly moving into new digs). It was still good when we visited, though.

The oldest sushi place in Little Rock. Great place to visit.

Delicious. I've had sushi at other places but Mt. Fuji always hits the spot and I always go back. They also have the best ramen and noodle dishes that you cannot find anywhere else. Seriously nowhere! They may not have the fanciest rolls, but to me they are the best!
