Heritage Grille Steak Fin - Little Rock

We waited for our food for 45 minutes and never got it. Somehow, the server that picked up our order is, and no one ever came back to us. Then when we asked for our food. The waitress told us she didn't even know what we ordered. We didn't eat anything. The worst culinary experience I've ever had. I wouldn't give stars if I could.

The food was delicious. I recommend the asparagus dimmer and the fillet. The cook and taste of the steak was perfect. My only regret is too full of diving to finish my steak. Our waiter was okay, but honestly not the best service we've ever had. The manager helped us more than our waiter. That said he had a very big table while we were there. Your soda wasn't good. To syrup. I would recommend a cocktail or tea instead.

The manager Tiffany was extremely professional and helpful with making sure that this sweet 16 dinner party was a big success! Friendly waitress , the appetizers and food was extremely great. The teens loved the atmosphere and made alot of special memories at the dinner party. We greatly appreciate the restaurants hospitality and definitely will be referring any of my clients to the restaurant for future dinner party events.

Wow? breakfast service was terrible. I was told over the phone that mimosas would?ve available to order, they were not. I was also told that I could get a made-to-order breakfast but when I arrived I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes until I could order anything. I didn?t get a mimosa,oh well, so I ordered coffee. The coffee looked and tasted like is was strained through an old sock. 1 out of 5?. Extremely underwhelmed.

Staying at the Little Rock Marriott this weekend while attending Great Escape Publishing?s Ultimate Travel Writer?s Workshop. Ate dinner at their Heritage Grille Restaruant with two other Workshop attendees tonight. The service and food were great. I had the Lump Crab Cocktail and Classic Steakhouse Wedge Salad. Both were excellent. A very enjoyable evening with great food with new friends.
