Five Guys - Little Rock

I would recommend this place even more if I could! It's hands down the best Five Guys burger I've ever had. The staff was fantastic, and the restaurant was incredibly clean—I even picked up a fry that fell on the floor and ate it! :D

Parking can be a bit chaotic when you arrive. The staff is very friendly, and the menu is straightforward without being overwhelming. They offer a limited selection of burgers, hot dogs, and fries in various sizes, along with Coke Freestyle machines for drinks. Considering the price and the high calorie count, I found the burger to be just okay—not bad, but somewhat bland compared to others I've had. I’d rate this place a 3 out of 5 if it weren't for the fries. The fries are well-seasoned and were definitely the highlight of my meal. I'd happily return just for a large order of those!

The burgers are substantial, and the staff are really friendly—they take their job seriously. I tried the Burger Pronto, and instead of fries, I enjoyed free peanuts, which is a great way to save some money. I also loved the beverage machine, which offers a wide variety of drinks. I had a Coke Zero with a splash of lime, and it was delicious!

Ordered eating online, said it would be ready in 15min. after about 20 minutes advised and told them my name and the cashier called it out, but no one told her they confirm it? I'll take care of it. So she asked me to step on the side while she took another customer order, so I went to sit down. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I noticed that the woman who had ordered behind me was given her food. So I went to the counter and it took them 5 minutes to finally recognize me and when I told them my name, nobody could locate my order. So I had to tell them that my order started and wait another 15-20min for them to make it. After receiving my order, I never got an apology or a sign or a repent for waiting or forget about my order. the guy gave me that. I never make reviews, but I felt like this was completely unacceptable and should be known.

Very polite and quick service. Decent Burger with many free options for add-ons. I wish there were more options than just pommes, as I don't have a big fan of their style of pommes, but they were good when that's your jam. Clean and plenty of seating with outdoor seating.
