When I got home my big mac was done wrong as well. Hopefully next time everything will be fine. Never had a problem before.
Best customer service hands down from any of the McDonald’s I’ve visited in NWA, Restaurant Manager went out of his way to make us feel at home!!
I came here tonight at 9:35 pm , ordered a meal , 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks, they pull me around and have me wait 20 minutes before a kid hands us our food, we check the bag and have no sauce and are missing a sandwich, we wait as he's handing other customers their food and he runs back and basically throws the ranch and runs away again and when he comes back we have to remind him about the sandwich and he rolls his eyes runs in and hands us the sandwich with his bare hand no bag or anything, we get home and the food is old and cold and our sandwiches aren't made right, I've worked in fast food and know how hard it can be but this was just ridiculous, we were the first car in the drive thru and they were not busy at all. Do better.
I ordered my food curbside the big Mac meal and asked for extra sauce, onions and pickles. A kid came out ran out and said quickly what is your name? I gotta hurry. I gotta get back. I get home. I get home and my big Mac had no extras on it after I paid for it, I called up there Friday evening, supposedly spoke to a manager, but apparently there is no male managers at this McDonald’s he told me to come in. They’ll fix the order for me and of course it would be free. So here it is Sunday night. I go up there to redeem it. The manager that is on duty told me that there is no male manager. I showed the manager proof of everything the order the time that I called up here and she refused to honor my free burger because of their mess up. Am I Friday night? It was a male and the manager on duty said I could come back tomorrow and speak to the manager, I said is this how you treat your customers yes ma’am I said I have shown you all the proof that shows that I was up here on Friday night picking up my order curbside by far she should not be a manager and she should have apologized she knew I was lied to and still refused to give me what they messed up. I will never ever return to a McDonald’s ever again.Parking: Had the worst experience of them bringing my food out because a kid said hurry. I need to know your name and I said that’s all I need. I need to get back inside. I am sure he is the one that answered the phone and said he was a manager.
Order was wrong. Went back to get it fixed. Stood at the counter for a few minutes. No one acknowledged me. They walked back and forth in front of me but didn't stop, didn't explain that they were on break and would get someone. They completely ignored me. Had to get back in my car and drive around to get my order right.
