Pollo Regio - Little Elm

In 2021, after purchasing a new home in the northern part of The Colony, I discovered that there was another Pollo Rigio location in Little Elm, which was quite close by. Over the past few months, I've been there many times, and the food has far surpassed what I experienced at the Colony location—everything from their refried beans to their chicken is impressive. I must also mention Luis, who is always friendly and incredibly helpful with orders (he definitely deserves a raise!). For the type of restaurant it is, I would give them five stars. So why only four? I typically visit on Fridays or Sundays. While the food on Fridays is consistently excellent, Sundays are just good—not quite as fantastic. I wanted to share this detail in my review.

I absolutely love this chicken! The food is consistently flavorful and delicious. The staff is friendly and quick. I really enjoy ordering dinner from here, as my orders are always accurate.

Terrible experience and very disappointed! I can't believe I paid $17.00 for burnt chicken. It's unacceptable that they served that. The salsa bar was also dry and empty. I used to love her food, but this visit was a letdown.

I've been a customer for a long time. The food was good before. Recently they left old chicken and sauce could be of many days before my stomach got hurt. Would never come again!

Those beans taste like my grandma's...homemade! I really enjoy all the fixings that come along with the meal. Great option for a quick family meal.
