Metro Express - Lititz

We usually love this place, but tonight's experience was disappointing! I ordered two large pizzas—one cheese and the other with cheese, green peppers, and double onions. Unfortunately, it took over an hour and a half for them to arrive! I tipped the driver $10 on my $30 order, but I can't shake the feeling that the pizzas were more like 14 inches than 16. It’s frustrating when things aren’t consistent! We pay the price, and we always tip, but it’s not fair when we don’t get what we expect, especially as loyal customers. I tried calling to voice my concerns, but no one answered. Not cool at all!

This location in the city consistently serves top-quality pizza for the price! Other places just can't compare.

Your pizza has definitely improved! We hadn’t visited in years, but we decided to order on a whim, and it turned out to be fantastic. I absolutely love the meatball pizza. There can be some inconsistency depending on who makes it, but that’s pretty common at any pizzeria.

Order an Italian Stromboli and it had mustard in it! Nasty! No, where online, if you order, it says it has mustard. When I called the girl that answered, just said?yea, this is how we do it?. Pizza is good, but Strombolis are terrible. Thin crusts like a tortilla dish against pizza crust.

I love the food...mostly, I do not like that10 miles down road the other metro owned by same person, honors the online prices and this location doesn't! Makes no sense. 10 miles makes a 5 dollar price hike on shrimp and a dollar on wings. I always tip well too...it's bad business.
