Little Caesars Pizza - Lititz

Customer Service: Finally!!! Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new staff at the Lititz Little Caesars. Every time I visited before, the service was hit or miss, but today was an absolute game changer—BEST SERVICE EVER!! Jen took my order and was incredibly sweet and friendly. Then, Stefanie apologized for the 10 to 15-minute wait for my order, which was great. I was actually expecting to wait 20 to 30 minutes since there were only two of them working. They collaborated so well together, showcasing fantastic teamwork and customer service! Thank you, ladies, for your wonderful care and service! To top it all off, the food was the best I've ever had from any restaurant experience!

I want to extend my gratitude to the manager, Stefani, for having our order of 17 pizzas ready just 15 minutes after the store opened for our class party! She and the rest of the staff were polite and a pleasure to work with. The pizzas were a huge hit with the kids at East Petersburg Primary School! Thank you!

The two women worked efficiently together, and I received two fresh, hot pizzas in just 10 minutes. They were delicious and reasonably priced compared to other pizzerias in the Lititz area.

I needed pizza on Saturday for a little league game that ended at 11:00. No other pizza places could finish the order until noon! Half the seats weren't even on the phone. The new manager at the little Caesars in Lititz answered her phone not only one hour before the opening, she had the pizza ready and let me pick up before the site was even officially opened! It also contains cookies for children and a ton of napkins! The pizza was much better, then I remembered it was the last time we ordered there? The store was clean and the staff was so nice and polite!

Very poor person hygiene practices. I seen one person pick something off the floor,and didn?t wash her hands, pizza maker scratching his back and never washed his had, person who appeared to be in a supervisor position. Made pizzas after doing paperwork and didn?t wash her hands, person at the register wiping her nose , scratching her hair, and rubbing her face never washed her hand.
