Waffle House - LITHONIA

Unfortunately they weren’t serving anyone for some reason. There was only one cook and the lady taking the orders closed the windows and did not respond to customers asking about service.

Ordered online to avoid waiting at the location. Get there 30mins after I ordered and they can't find my order receipt at all. Few minutes later they find it and I have to wait for them to cook it. Need to have a better system for online orders especially if you're advertising Online Ordering on the store window.

The people that work there are friendly people, and they treat you like you act. They have fun while they serve you. Your food comes pretty quick food is cooked to order.

While waiting for my food, employee was outside smoking, came back in and went right behind the counter. Didn't wash her hands but seemed ok with putting on gloves after she handled the coffee pot. That's nasty!!!

This waffle house is run like a family instead of a business, when you're here, you're family, enough
