Ihop - LITHONIA

I wish I could give this place a 0 star, but I think you will do, I don't know what's going on with the administration or the staff, but they have to get it together. every time I come here, there's always something missing as if there's no way you can forget what all the time is! I'll be responsible for getting back to this place, but that's the last time. I guess you guys never worked in customer service, but it should be a requirement that you train employees on customer service and make sure that orders are correct before they handed out because the confirmation of receipt is not enough.

Everything was great. Our server was very kind as well. I'm not a IHOP fan but this may change my mine.

I really had a taste for pancakes that evening. I walked And I couldn't help but to notice the cook who looked like a twelve-year-old boy. And although it was very busy I ordered a short stack.I figured how long can it take to make 3 pancakes. I ended up waiting 40 mnts. what can I say I really had a taste for Pancakes.

Our waitress AJ was so wonderful!!! The food however was either warm or cold. I'm NOT a fan of a room temperature omelette. Nor room temperature eggs that was supposed to be scrambled medium but were scrambled almost hard. The coffee was warm and not good at all. Not happy at all. We haven't had IHOP in a really long time and wanted breakfast for lunch. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!?

ATTENTION ANYONE EVERYONEI would like to start off with a big thank you to my server, unfortunately I seem to have forgotten her name but she went ABOVE BEYOND! She was so polite and kind also she was very welcoming and made my short dine in visit an A + experience! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and never had an empty glass! Also big round of applause and hats off to the chef on call that night! The food was my favorite! The French toast with strawberries and bananas topped with powdered sugar with eggs of my choice accompanied with hashbrowns and sausage links would be my recommendation!!! Thank you IHOP Staff!!!
