Went on Sunday afternoon, to watch the football game. My first time going since they reopen. Dudley's has been remodel. I like the new layout. More of a sports bar feel. Serves oxtails. Soul food menu nice for Sunday dinner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $30–50

Unfortunately, things took a serious turn when some friends went outside and discovered their car window had been smashed and a legally carried firearm was stolen. As we learned about this and began checking our own vehicles, another friend found their window broken and their gun stolen as well. The situation escalated as more patrons came out to check on their cars, only to find similar results. It appeared that a pattern was emerging, with several groups affected—two additional women reported their window was broken and their gun stolen. What made this even more frustrating was that there were security personnel and even an undercover police officer standing outside at the time! We waited for at least two hours for the police to arrive, but despite the doorman saying they were on the way, they only showed up much later, seemingly more concerned with their shift than our situation. When they did arrive, they claimed it was nothing to do with them. When we asked the security staff about the frequency of break-ins, they insisted there hadn’t been any issues. However, we later found out there had been break-ins just the week before! This place is the absolute worst if you care about security. It feels like they only want to get you in the door and don't care about ensuring your safety once you’re inside. Adding to our woes, two of us ended up catching COVID after visiting. In summary, proceed with caution if you decide to go here; it’s a gamble you may want to avoid. Parking is particularly risky—it's best not to park more than four rows back, as you might return to a broken window too. And don't expect any support from security or a call to the police if something happens.

This place feels just like Cheers—where everyone knows your name! I absolutely love it here. DJ Bobby French spins tunes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the karaoke nights are a blast. He really knows how to get the crowd involved. I've tried everything on the menu, and it's all great, but I especially recommend the wings. The baked jerk/sweet heat wings are my personal favorite. The bartenders also know how to pour a good shot, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I give the food a solid 5 out of 5!
