Pizza Hut - Lithia Springs

This place is horrible I ordered from them at 10p and and I hadn’t received my order yet and it was now 11p and the delivery guy called me and said they said they didn’t have my order so I called them to see what was going on and a lady answered the phone and said oh the order you wanted we don’t have so she asked me do I want to order something else for the amount of 42.00 that I had already paid for from my car and I yes so the lady took my order again so now it is 12a and so I called again and a guy answered the phone and said oh yeah we hadn’t started the order yet and the order I had before was messed up so I was like well could you refund me my money back and he said yeah yeah I’ve already took care of that and sent you your money back and the order you just made was on the house and he also said all I asked you to do is tip the driver and I said no problem and I want a receipt as well so it took another 25 minutes before the order got delivered and it turned out to be the first order I had originally ordered so I asked the delivery driver well I thought they said they didn’t have this order and the driver was like I don’t know and she said that she was sitting there 25 minutes before they even gave her anything and they didn’t give her a receipt nor have my money been refunded to my card yet

I mean, look at it. If you want a little pizza with your crust, go to the hut. This was a large hand tossed cheese pizza they wanted $15 for. You can tell the eployees who work here do not take pride in their work in any way, shape, or form. Save your money and go to a better location or better pizza place.

I did a carry out order today and when I came to pick it up the location was ridiculously. But thanks to the manager on duty I received a hot delicious pizza and didn't have to wait as long as I expected. He did a great job and deserves a raise for how he took care of the situation. Definitely recommend this location!
