I can't comment on the food since we waited over an hour and never received our order. I won't be returning. The server was unhelpful and didn't explain the lengthy wait or offer any apologies. Overall, the service was poor. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Service rating: 1

This is the worst Cracker Barrel in Atlanta, second only to the one in Stockbridge. I really don’t understand why, but when you come to this part of town, it seems like customer service, food quality, and a friendly atmosphere just disappear. If you don’t want to be at work, you really should just stay home. I don’t want to hear you complaining about your job while I’m waiting for a refill on my sweet tea. Using profanity within earshot of customers is completely unacceptable. Please, iron your clothes and show some basic decency! I will never return to this Cracker Barrel again. My experiences here have consistently been disappointing. The food was cold, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had been sitting out for days. The okra was decent and earns a score of 5, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.
