Sometimes I keep on the way back to newcastle of bathurst when I feel like a snack. Today I stopped and got the best customer service, I'm not sure who served me, but she was so beautiful and she even gave me a compliment! it really did my day after I decrypt a mental, so thank you, it really raised me

Fcukin rude! it seems like a good customer service is a thing of pastness! I was treated with disrespect and discrimination! If they were my children, I would be ashamed!

This KFC location, like many others that aren't particularly busy, offers quick service but can feel a bit empty at times. I'd rate the food as 3 out of 5, the service also as 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere as 2 out of 5. Overall, it’s a decent experience.

The chicken was dry and tasted as if it had been reheated from the previous night. The tables were unclean and the seating clearly outdated. Australia, you can do better than this. Food: 1/5, Service: 2/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.

If you're planning to close early at 9pm, please update your hours accordingly. Also, it would be great if you could pay more attention to customers in the drive-thru during your operating hours.
