Subway - Litchfield

Too much mayo in the tuna, not enough cheese on the sandwiches, i ordered extra

I ordered through the app and figured I would use the store right by my work that way it would be a quick pick up and go home. I was wrong! I get home and both of my sandwiches where made backwards. I call the store and the employee tried to gaslight me by saying that my sandwiches were correct. They absolutely were not when I was literally looking at the sandwiches and the receipt. She started getting snarky with me then proceeded to tell me to bring the sandwiches back and they will remake them then hungup no see you then or goodbye. I had to drive 20 minutes there for them to stare at me threw their window for 5 minutes whenever I was the only customer there. One employee finally came out and took a look at them. They finally admitted to them being wrong but they certainly didn't look like they wanted to make the sandwich again cause they almost messed up again when I watched them. They finally get done and I still never got an apology for the inconvenience! Never will go there again!

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. Normally bowl is full and delicious. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bowl and saw this. Very disappointed. Was only one other customer in store, not busy.

The staff was wonderful, the sandwiches wrap were really good!

Been here a few times now. Online order and in-store both. Super friendly polite staff that's pretty knowledgeable on sauce to ingredient pairings and whatnot. Huge parking area. The stores nearby sre spaced out so it's usually a quick in quick out type of Subway. No long wait here.
