Present good size and a good place to stop with children. The menu was backsclated from the previous menus on the Yelp page. I think because they are just coming back to their first real tourist season, because they are not exactly what they might have been before. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. My husband and I shared fish and chips and a bowl of vegetable soup. Both were delicious. My daughter had broken shrimps and she loved them. Definitely a good place to stop, just keep in mind, the menu is shown smaller than the older ones.

The roadside tavern is a gem. beautiful food great staff and always a pleasure to visit. I 've eaten there several times and it never fails to impress. incredible seafood. almost always accompanied by my friend Ivan we bike together who is a good friend of the owners and a much loved cook from east cork but nevertheless this is an honest review.

Shocking 'service ' if you call it that. I know it is in the time of Covid19 but a bowl of chowder and a fish and chip at cost of €34.00 is taking the ****. Server looked disinterested and couldn 't care less. Waited 50 mins to receive 'food '. Will never be back.

Super experience every time we visit. Always worth a detour when you’re out west.

I was here at the week end. Ate there for the 3 nights. The food was beautiful and the manager very accomodating. Would definitely recommend. Lovely warm friendly atmosphere. I will be back
