Eddie Rocket's - Lisburn

Over priced, four of us went for lunch. Only plain burgers are a part of their combo deal. Any other fries are full price. Staff don't write down your order and then get it wrong. Four of us had burgers, fries, cold drinks and coffees the bill came to £87.90!!!!! Avoid at all costs!

Only popped in for a coffee as the well known coffee chain next door was closed. The staff were friendly and accommodating despite my only having a coffee. I returned with a friend at the end of the evening just before closing and they were still willing to serve us another coffee while they closed-up. I was so grateful to the staff and will stop there in future for my coffee instead of going to the more ‘traditional’ chain next door.

I went to the Lisburn restaurant today (05/02/23) for a quick meal around 7pm. The staff took so long to take our order that the couple next to us left (we should have done the same). When we finally ordered, my partner almost choked on a plastic wrapper in his milkshake and I received the wrong drink. The waitress apologized but did not offer any discounts or replacements. We waited another 15 minutes for nachos, which turned out to be a plate of chips with a small scoop of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa; there was no cheese and the nachos were cold. When we mentioned this, they added a small amount of cheese sauce and blamed it on a new chef. After another 10 minutes, I received the Tender Basket, which had stale, crunchy chips and four small pieces of chicken. My partner's burger was okay, but he also had the awful fries that were stale, cold, and uneatable. This experience cost us £37.85 and ruined our evening. We were never asked how our meal was, and all the staff disappeared when we went to pay. 1/10, we will not be returning!

Table service was excellent. The food was great and our boys really enjoyed it. Great value. We'll be back

I stopped by this restaurant tonight and ordered a burger. I was warmly greeted by a fantastic server named Holly. The food was served promptly and was delicious and well-presented. When I asked for the bill, it was brought to me quickly as well. I want to thank your employee for providing top-notch service tonight. She was truly exceptional.
