Costa Coffee - Lisburn

After an afternoon of shopping we wanted a small snack before heading home. Costa was busy but had plenty of seats. The air conditioning was on and the place was absolutely freezing. Outside was very warm. We got our sandwiches and drinks, all served by smiling, helpful staff. Considering there were six of us, all wanting totally different things, most not paying attention as we chatted to each other deciding what we wanted, the staff remained pleasant and helpful throughout. We all got exactly what we asked for and found a seating area for all of us to sit together. One of our party asked for the air conditioning to be turned off and that was done immediately leaving us free to enjoy our food in comfort. I can’t comment on the food as I only had a black coffee but if I say that some of our party went back for pastries, I think that’s a great recommendation for the food. The cafe was spotless and well staffed. Considering how busy it was the staff worked hard to keep the place clean and tables cleared ready for more customers. All in all this was a very pleasant end to a lovely memorable family day. Thank you Costa.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for meeting up with friends. It may be one of the few places in Lisburn where you can park for free right outside. The staff are well-trained and courteous, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

I called into this Costa restaurant for the first time in a long time as my last visit was so bad an experience I swore I would never return. Prior to going in I noticed the inner furniture was different and I thought, given the length of time since my last visit, perhaps there was new management. On entering I found that was the case – new management and staff. I only had a few coffees which were well made and presented by two friendly chaps – I believe their names were John and Christopher not sure regarding their names The coffee was a lovely blend and was much enjoyed. I thought the coffee was good value and I was happy to get the deal I got – it was a fair trade in my opinion ; . The restaurant was clean, tidy, had comfortable seating and the quiet background music made for excellent ambiance. Free Wireless Internet connection was an additional bonus. I talked to the manager – a young lass whom I believe is named Linda I may be wrong regarding her name She was a delight to speak to and as a trained barista I made a point of telling her how pleased I was with her staff and her management. I told her about my last visit and how delighted I was regarding how much the place and staff had improved. I believe she deserves credit. I have no hesitation recommending this Costa 'House '

I meet a friend here regularly but to fair we only ever have coffee. The coffee however is very good and the place is always busy.
