Sonic Drive-in - Lisbon

Great place for many years... always a good place to go if you can't decide what to eat... Koneys, cheese sauces, burgers, special sandwiches, variety of drinks and flavors, frito pie wraps, etc.... drive-thru or park in an order station / car stand and chill /relax... You hungry @ the time of reading, go some Sonic action... l8r for all and for all: have a big day, week, month, year and life... peace.

On yesterday the young lady that took my order was very rude, but the young lady who brought out my order was very nice and respectful.

I didn't have to wait long to place my order or receive my food. The staff was friendly and appeared to enjoy their work. Unfortunately, the food was not enjoyable at all.

You can’t go wrong with Sonic. Their service is incredibly fast, making it a perfect spot for lunch if you only have 30 minutes to spare.

That's when the manager, Tristan (I'm not entirely certain of his name, but he was very polite), came over. He took the time to explain what had happened, which is why I’m giving them a 5-star rating. I’ve ordered from this place before and the food has always been good, but the way we were treated when we had to ask for a refund was exceptional! I really appreciate the manager taking the time to clarify the hiccup, and he was incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving a quick snack from Sonic!
