Flux Restaurant And Bar - Lisbon

I was on the Facebook page for a while and was intrigued by their daily specials. Finally we decided to try it and WOW!! The food was great, like the service. We're definitely going back!

Parking was a little challenge by local construction. The position is wheelchair-friendly, but the operator can need help. It's very clean. I had the pleasure to enjoy some amazing collaborations of taste, smell and appearance. When I saw this menu item: the Flux Burger and the Maische der Schweizer Burger and Koleslaw, I must confess that I was a touch hesitating. However, my food was courageous and I decided to trust the judgement of the restaurant's boss. It was a well rewarded decision. The taste celebration began with this excellent take on Poutine. The severity sat down the court and was neither handed over nor overlaid. Rather it paired remarkably with the cut potatoes and fresh mozzarella. Really a fantastic experience. It was also the best example of this classic Canadian court that this guy came. The Flux Burger continued to award the culinary skill of the chef, as the buttery scent of the bungalow acted as a segway to an amazing in-house coleslaw and tangy sauce. These two flavors danced merrily with a perfectly cooked burger on my tastes. The waitress, Kitty, was just great. She saw our needs and was incredibly personal. She did not float and the conversation came both comfortable and natural. She is definitely also an artist in her element. The restaurant is both chic and modern. A great place for any event, whether you impress your parents on one of their days of recognition or date. Everything just fits.

Order the Poutine appetizers. Had Texas BBQ Brisket. Both on point and amazingly good. It's worth getting in. Cunstomer Service was polite and informal. Lisbon, ME

These guys know their sh. They feed for their own fresh mushrooms. They buy local herbs and spices for their dishes. You have good stuff on tap. They are proud of their food and the staff are extremely ingenious, good people. I wanted to go back so badly and have more food from them, but I was just visiting. The next time I'm in the area, this is a first-class restaurant that I will definitely visit again.

I cannot believe this place exists in Lisbon Falls. It's absolutely superb. The food, service, atmosphere, cocktails, and tap list are astonishingly good, and perfectly priced. We had dietary restrictions and made special requests that were all graciously accommodated. We also had two 5mo-old babies and felt very welcome!
