Restaurante Morgadinha de Alfama

O que mais gostei foi sem dúvida o Fado que foi espetáculo. A comida não foi uma especialidade, estava à espera de melhor, mas têm uma grande carta à escolha... Amei o espaço, pequeno mas super acolhedor, ao estilo antigo como gosto A repetir, nem que seja pelo Fado

Vá lá de olhos fechados e escolha a mistura de peixe grelhado. O mais, o fado que agarra pelas entranhas, enfim, um momento excepcional

This is my first TripAdvisor review, inspired by a genuinely terrible experience of Alfama Grill. Several groups were haphazardly scattered around the restaurant as we arrived, and the manager (I think) upon questioning stated we would have a table in 'just a minute '. 15 minutes of ignoring us later we were seated. We waited a further 20 minutes to even order drinks and another 30 minutes to receive our jug of Sangria....the other 2 drinks we ordered had to be requested again, and when a further 1 was returned to the table, the last drink had been forgotten again so had to be reordered. We then noticed other tables sat much later than us were receiving the same food we had ordered at this point but when attempting to complain we were told 'you already spoke to my colleague about your drinks ' and left with no answer. The food all in all took well over an hour to arrive, and again only half the dishes arrived initially. After requesting my sausage and fries again, I received it around 15 minutes after the other dishes. At no point was an apology received and throughout the whole meal the staff were shouting at each other over the top of the tables. Food was genuinely pretty nice but the service was almost comedically bad....

Bad food , long to come, bad service and waiter screaming at you After 45 minutes we received our food, the waiter refused to heat the bread which was uneatable as most of the rest of the food

Sinceramente ESPECTACULAR, he descubierto mi plato favorito de la vida, el BIFE À PORTUGUESA, es una obligación probarlo. Hay un súper ambiente, decoración bonita, fado en vivo todos los días, volvimos al día siguiente porque nos encantó.
