Kokoro Ramen - Lisboa

Absolutely delicious ramen and even better was the flavored tofu that was added to the dish! I’ve never had ramen that feels so light and flavorful it just hit the spot!

I really enjoyed this ramen and yes it was different. Had something more creamy to it but the broth was great in my opinion. Will definitely be back.

We had the one vegan ramen and it arrived pretty quick. Price is ok. The broth needs improvement. Very coconut heavy, not very Japanese (more Thai or Malay) and too thick. Noodles were nice, service fast. It’s ok.

Cozy atmosphere! They only serves 3 dishes one of which is a vegan ramen. Super tasty and affordable! Only wish the broth was slightly watered down a bit!
