Frei Papinhas - Lisboa

I was served today by Mahbub who icustomer service was 2nd to none. The food was something to die for. I opted for the seafood paella, which was crammed full of the ocean, full of flavour and a delight to the tastebuds, mixed this in with the atmosphere the surroundings. It was worth every penny one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Well worth a visit in the old town of Lisbon.

Lovely food and terrific service. Maya in particular was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the ambience. Place was spotlessly clean.

The waitress kavja is very friendly. Food is good. Toilet is clean. The location of the restaurant is good.

Great food at a hood price given it is in a touristic area. As usual in Portugal get a waiter to get your order may take a while but service will be fast and friendly once you get someone at your table. Decoration is simple but you also have the tables in the square where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on a sunny day which is really nice. Menu is extensive, it goes from meat to fish, they have the 'bife da casa ' which is beef in a mushroom sauce and fries, good and cheap, the salmon is on the grill with salad, good taste and healthy. Desserts go from rice pudin to chocolate mouse. Average price per person with drinks and main course is 15 euros.

Restaurante típico, com comida típica. Para um espaço tão bem situado, os preços nem são maus. A simpatia é garantia da casa. Provem os petiscos: são feitos com as regras tradicionais. Aqui não há modernices como o pastel de bacalhau com queijo da serra...
