Returned on our final day and ordered one small ice cream (received 2 half-scoops again and a milkshake and was told by the lady behind the counter to pay when we'd finished. As we were eating the lady shouted at and was very rude to the other staff. When we went to pay she charged us for a milkshake and a medium cone (2€ extra!! We explained that we had only ordered a small cone and she shouted at us that she had given us 2 scoops and so that was a medium. We have eaten in Farggi in other cities before and know that this is not the case, but even if it had been she should have warned us before giving us the 2nd scoop. We protested again that it had only been a small and she shouted waved us off and stormed into the back. The young man on the til looked very embarrassed and apologetic as we were forced to pay the extra 2€ (it may seem like a small amount but paying 4.50€ for a SMALL ice cream is an awful lot! We never complain, but this put such a dampener on the end of a wonderful trip to Lisbon and have since found out this is something she has done to other people too. Be warned and if you do buy an ice cream here pay as soon as you get it not after you've eaten.
I order a Cappuccino frappe from Farggi assuming it should be mixed with icecream as what typical icecream stores do, here what i get is a cappuccino done with a coffee machine blended with ice and topped with whipped cream without any icecream whatsoever, unsweetened and tasteless! 7.50 Euros to throw away a blend of ice and a cup of cappuccino, this was my first and last experience at Farggi where i was hoping to taste a new gelato!!! I would recommend anyone to go to Amorino which is much tastier and has much better service
We really enjoyed the lightning. It is much better then the other restaurants. We are review experts and this is a very precise review! Also there was a very friendy guy who gave us free bracelets.
We were lucky to sit at Farggi for our Breakfast. This is a lovely little place and the staff are extremely pleasant and very attentive. The food was delicious and very fresh. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and the fruit was really sweet. The Croissant's were the largest I've seen and very tasty. Highly recommend a visit, we went twice.
We arrived as a family of 8 and were greeted by palash deb who was brilliant and served us quickly. Lovely place to eat or drink. Recommend is the 1 litre beers and the milkshakes as well as the food menu too!! Well worth a stop for snacks and drinks. Thankyou.
