Food wasn't fresh ; french toast sticks were hard biscuit was hard, service was decent, there was a man who kept staring at my children. So the atmosphere was creepy

Young male took our order with the worst presentation I’ve ever witnessed while representing Jack’s. There is an open carry law that it ruining our youth and enabling them to feel empowered to show their firearm but while at work? Never witnessed such! Customer Service was ok but it made no sense for this young man to feel the need to carry his weapon at work. We ask for to $6 chicken dinners w/ green beans and mashed potstickers. He charged us an extra .75 cents for specific chicken pieces which we did not ask for. 2 orders Breast Wing 2 thighs) Did not receive what we asked for. I felt threatened. I will never return again. Went through drive thru and the lady had such a bad attitude. I realized they forgot one of my drinks so went inside and it's a mess, and there's 2 or 3 ladies loudly arguing about teamwork and who's job is what. I'd never return. (Strawberry milkshake is really good though!

I think the lady said her name was Tampi? I think. I hope I spelled that correctly, anyways, she was so sweet about fixing my order over after someone had gotten it wrong. Thank you Ms. Tampi. You're the best
