Quality Lippstadt

Nice rooms. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Convenient/easy parking. Loud thumping footsteps in above room. Our afternoon server in the lounge was grumpy and his behavior (humor?? to us seemed inappropriate and rude.

Good hotel, nice staff

A great hotel. Special to us as this is what we needed after staying in a so called four star hotel in Aachen . We were at Europe Platz Mercury motor Inn and it was so bad. This place is so relaxing and great to bring the one you love to. We had the evening meal served to us by very friendly and experience waiters. Of course it is expensive but worth it when one gets what one should get. Breakfast in this lovely dining room was very well laid out. If you ever follow my comments you will see I have a good moan at things that is wrong.. So here it comes. : The only grumble I have is my room is over a SMOKING Zone. Hotels as great as this should ask people to walk a little away from the hotel. I hate uncaring smokers. O dear, the second evening for our meal did not go well. New waiters and the food was so badly cooked I then new it was not the same cook as the first evening. We could not eat the half cooked food . The duck was so red raw and tough. The waiters were not interested in all this and even though we only ate a little we paid the full price. Anyway a lovely hotel and you will enjoy your stay here.

Room was clean and good. Only disadvantage was no airconditioning in the rooms. Outside it was 35 degrees, only cooling was a fan. Breakfast was nice and more than enough.

Very near location to the city center, only 100 meters. Very nice room and bathroom. Wondefull lounge with giant tv screen in the evening and good restaurant and complete breakfast with many choices. Parking outside at 8€ per night. Only 1 minus point, not enough ventilation in the room but for the rest a very good hotel like the name mentioned.
