On our tour, we were presented with a bowl of Pusgah Panang (Red Curry) with Tofu. This curry has a mild, flavorful base. I added two teaspoons of hot sauce and the zing was perfect. I noticed three people on our tour who said something like this: “ I thought I hated Curry but this was amazing”! I agree, I’ll be back to test more curry offerings from Blue Dream
After a four and a half hour drive to Asheville, I quickly found this restaurant in hopes of a delicious dinner. It was amazing. The food was flavorful and tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful. Local art pieces available for sale were displayed all over. For a fun, laid-back meal with lots of flavor, I definitely recommend this curry house.
Thank you for hosting our party of 9, where everyone ordered different food items. A great blend of Thai and Indian cuisines. They even ask you for spice levels, helping you customize your food according to your pallette.
I usually like blue dream but I don’t know what’s going on with them right now… The curry was good I forget the name of it but I also got the peanut noodles and it was like one large spoonful of noodles, for six dollars with some lettuce. The sauce was great but not exactly even an appetizer in my opinion. Also the Tom kha soup was bitter today and only had like three noodles in it. I’ve gotten it before and don’t remember it tasting like this.
Restaurant is shopworn and needs refurbishing. Dashi soup served with yellowing broccoli (not fresh), overcooked noodles and very little flavor depth to broth. Salad greens in both salads were not peak fresh some wilting. Amateur hour in the kitchen. However server very pleasant.
