They were using the same meat tongs for pork, beef and chicken. When I addressed the issue the worker got mad and said it didn't really matter. I asked to speak a manger which the manger addressed the issue.
Their system was down today and I wasn 't able to order. That in itself is disapppinting but things happen. However, what made the visit unpleasant was that the staff was very rude. Upon arrival she just stared at my face. When I tried to order she annoyingly said, Our system is down . I asked her, if she can still take my order maybe in cash, she got even more annoyed and rude replied we can 't ring you up .Updating from 1 star to 4 star:Over a year this location has significantly improved its customer service alomg with the quality of the food.
10/10! Only chipotle location that you could visit an hour before close; and they’ll have mostly every ingredient! I appreciate it! Eveyones nice as well.
I get lunch here regularly and learned early that you have to check your order before you leave. About every 2 months I get a completely wrong order. Like a steak bowl with peppers and tomatoes when I ordered a veggie bowl with guacamole. The label will be what I ordered but the food is all wrong.
The staff did not speak English and I had to explain my order 4 times after the 4th time they still had it wrong so I just took what they gave me. 1 order of tacos had 2 tacos full of meat and the 3rd taco only had 2 pieces of meat with enough sour cream for the the whole order.
