Subway - Linthicum Heights

Donna today 11/14/2016 made the best sandwich I ever had on the subway. I am a Southwest Airlines employee and we eat in many places, but my experience here was great. Thanks Donna. People ask for Donna she's the best.

Always have a good experience on this particular subway I regularly visit. The staff is very friendly and professional. Sandwiches are made to my exact taste and fast. Total 5 stars

This Subway is a bit quirky. All of the employees are non-native English speakers, but it is rarely crowded so you can enjoy peace and quiet while you eat in the store. They tend to be a bit stingy on the vegetables, so make sure to ask for more.

This was the worse meatball sub I have ever had. It was cold and I didn?t get the sub toasted. When I called the subway and talked to the manger about it he said it was cold because I didn?t get it toasted. I said to him that the meatball should be hot weather the sub is toasted or not to which his reply to me was a dial tone because he hung up the phone. That?s is the main reason I personally will not return to this location. I can understand having a bad sub but to lie to me and then just hang up on me is disrespectful.
