I have had problems with this Subway store this year,but tonight was a event. A different story, I ordered online For a 7 o'clock pickup. Young lady came out to talk to me and said that the bread had just came out of the oven it was too hot to makea sandwich and then if you posted it it would turn to much You have to realize And I couldn't get my money back No I told her Iwould wait then she informs me the cookies that I ordered they were none available I asked her if she had the chocolate chip shesaid yes and I said I'll take all chocolate chip. They're a young man right out of the food except for the cookies and heinformed me they didn't have the choices that I made. When I look through the window I see 3 employees at 7:03 PM In the storein addition I've seen 6 people walk in to the store. When I had contact with the young lady she made a snide remarkThat maybe Ishould eat earlier especially on a Friday. I asked her when did the store close and she informed me 9 o'clock so I informed herthere was 2 hours of business to still go and maybe shouldn't have some food Prepared After they're so call rush but then Ilook into their lobby This is 7 PM and There's young man Placing chairs up on the table and closing the lobby now I have workedrestaurants a lot most businesses a 1/2 an hour before you close you start working in your dining room I just find the behavior Of these 3 employees Unsatisfactory! Aren't the best at running store. Suggestion More training on customer service , prep itemsthru out shift instead just running out,maybe the store could use some nightly supervision.
I have been going to this restaurant since circa 2004 when I was in high school. Lots of good memories connected to this place (no I 've never worked there), the community wouldn 't be the same without it. In 18 years I 've never had any employee ever beunkind or rude to me whether I ordered to go or dined-in. I have seen plenty of rude customers who should have practicedpatience with the staff who are mostly high school and college students, or near that age, most of them it is probably theirfirst job. Like any restaurant that uses perishable and raw vegetables, sometimes things like the lettuce isn 't the freshest orsometimes the food shipments they receive aren 't always the best quality but that 's not the fault of employees fulfilling theorders, not to mention the current economy and product shortages. Some people complain about them running out of bread, but thestaff can 't predict exactly how much bread to bake every day, and sometimes they have to close early when they don 't have enoughfood items to stay open for their usual hours of operation. I 'd rather they not prepare enough and close early than prepare toomuch and have to throw it away. Needless to say, I always recommend this place, and who knows you might even be lucky enough tobe served by the Subway Karate Kid (iykyk) ????
I get lunch from these guys everyday. I get a salad or a wrap. Well today I went to pay with my debit card and I didn?t have quite enough, I went to go grab my husbands card from the car, but the owner stopped me and just gave me my salad and chips. Inearly cried at the kindness. What a great place
