We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service provided by the waitress was outstanding.
The waiter is excellent. Eat it, okay, not bad. one of my family members ordered a simple French dip (without cheese). the meat was warm for the first time and the au jus cold. I gave it back. they have made a new one, not just pushed in the microshaft. that out and the au jus was nice and hot, but the meat was colder than the first time. the third came out and everything was perfect with the taking of cheese in, up, over all the flesh. I had the nativity and it was warm with cold au jus. I give our waitress credit, she was annoyed with the babes and embarrassing, not only for herself, but the restaurant. she apologised 5 different paintings, we thought it wasn't her fault. it was clearly the person on the back that she herself called the chef the sad thing that they were not so busy at all because of such a lack of luster. I had worse, but I had much better. my family and I give him another shot, just because of our excellent server. she gets a. I doubt, however, that the French dip is ordered.
I came to dinner with my family before a football game and we loved it! Great food and service! They are under new ownership since March and have made a lot of great changes. So great to have a family restaurant in Lindstrom!
It was a nice place to go if the previous owner Bob was not there getting lit up and drunk as a skunk with all his drinking buddies. At least he didn't run it into the ground like the guy that bought it. No personality there what so ever. Never came around to see how the food was. I got the impression he was impressed with himself, he would have been the only one that was. Mick poured a good selection, waitstaff was pretty good under the old management. Seems like they suckered some one else into buying it, and it is now closed. With the rent they had to pay I wonderd if the books were cooked. Who ever runs the golf course needs to pull their heads out of their arse, cut the rent and get some business in there. Be open and honest about charging rent for the resturant to use the coolers. They also wanted a piece of the cart girls money which is total BS. The course is only so-so as it was. Dried grass, lumpy, Now w/o a place to eat after a round of golf it wont be any better than going to Stacy.
