Sonic Drive-in - Lindsay

I've had this issue twice now at Sonic in Lindsay. Tonight, I ordered a number 2 combo and requested cheddar bites. However, when I got home, I realized that my fries were missing from my bag and my receipt. So, I went back to Sonic, and the lady initially told me that she assumed my friend and I didn't want the fries because we ordered the cheddar bites. Then, she tried to blame us for not specifying that we still wanted the fries. I explained that it would be better for them to ask their customers instead of making assumptions. To make matters worse, Lindsay Sonic tried to charge me and my friend for fries that we never received or paid for originally.

1/3 of the menus don’t work (and haven’t worked in weeks). Visualized employees walking to work that looked like they had been working in a tire shop (they were filthy). They have trouble taking orders. We have to repeat everything twice (even though we speak as slow and plain as we can). Management really needs to get better control of this place.
