Taco Bell - Linden

Store hours are shown to be until 10 pm for indoor orders. I came at 9 pm and doors were closed. Called te store and was told, this was because they only have 3 staff members and were understaffed. The drive thru line was more than 9 cars long and waited 45 minutes. Atleast their drivethru should be quicker knowing that they are only taking drive thru orders.

The sign says they close at 10:00 p.m. yet the dining is closed very disappointing. I understand people are understaffed but it would be nice if they can just put a sign up there. The employee see is outside they could have been courteous and say please come to drive through or whatever however didn't even look or in completely ignored. Again very disappointing.

Was able to get my food in a fast and accurate manner, the staff were polite and courteous. The food was good and order was prepared correctly as I ordered some items with changes to them. Even though the restaurant was busy the staff remained courteous to each and every customer that was there and from what I saw they were fully prepared to handle the rush which made everything that much better

This was a drive-thru order. The service was quick and fast, they were friendly. HOWEVER, the main complaint I have is about the food. This food has got to be one of the worst Taco Bell's in the country. The food I received was wrong in so many ways, multiple tacos were supposed to be fresco, however was not given, as we were given non fresco for all the items. There's also an issue with the portioning. There's way too little filling to pay upwards of 6.99 for a grilled cheese burrito. Maybe around a 70% tortilla to 30% filling ratio. The tacos werent much better. And c'mon man, Taco Bells are ment to put a bunch of sauces in your bag and we requested sauces and gotten none. Extremely dissapointed in the quality. Will probably go to another Taco Bell location nearby as I really don't like this Taco Bells quality.

Let me start off by saying that before I write a bad review, I give a place multiple chances? I get Taco Bell is fast food, but these were probably the coldest tacos with pretty much no meat, all sour cream in them? I literally had sour cream tacos and it was the grossest thing? This hasn?t been the first time..previously ordered a crunch wrap supreme And that didn?t have meat in it either. Can?t even wash my tacos down because they don?t even have bottles of water and instead of them telling you that they don?t have bottles of water they charge you for a meal and then tell you after they charge you that they don?t have bottles of water but you could have fountain water or soda..I don?t drink soda and I?m not paying extra for tap water in a cup. I?m pretty sure that by 5 PM you should know if you have bottles or not. When they first opened a few months back, they were great but now they?re just horrendous? Don?t even bother for fast food there?s way better places literally next door.. want Mexican? Go to Moe?s. It?s the next light over. Thanks for the gross sour cream tacos.
