Ihop - Lindale

Like anyone who has ever made a road trip knows IHOP can be a hit or miss situation. I must say this IHOP was an absolute hit. We sat right away and the service was fantastic. When we ordered a dish without dairy, our server went out of her way to make sure it was perfectly cooked and even make sure we get double vegetables. My coffee was always hot and full, with constant refills of our ice water. My Spinat mushroom Omelette was fantastic, my older daughter loved her spicy Poblano Burrito, and our youngest one was thrilled by her French toast combo.

Very good staff and fast service. I ordered my Hash Browns extra crispy and I never saw them as I got them. Looks like they have potatoes that were fried deep. Still delicious!!!!!!

Before I left town, I met the family in this IHOP. When my sister asked where the coffee carafe our server informed us that they no longer had them, but she immediately said that IHOP Barbie Puppe offers cups, then they lead you to death. She was funny and delivered a fast service. It was a stressful week, but our server (name tag Superstar, if I remember correctly) made the day. It's been months for this IHOP and I still think of the Barbie Puppentassen.

At this IHOP stopped during one of my trips in the early morning. Four adults in my heap. Was sitting immediately, service was attentive and the waitress was funny and helpful, she really took care of us. All with me enjoyed breakfast. I had the Colorado Omlet... Wonderful!! I love these guys!

My wife and I shared a large Spinach omelet which included 3 pancakes for $10. Great deal. Friendly service and not crowded at 7:30 am.
