She refused to do anything, I asked if she could check with her manager and see if they could help. She went into the back area where I could see her. She stood there for about 30 seconds talking to one of the food preparers and then came back and said her manager said they couldn't do anything. This happened on the weekend so the issue remained unresolved because the 1-800-TACOBELL only works during business hours, M-F. A manager should have some customer service skills, especially being such a high profile location.

Excellent place to go for a beer and eat something light. In addition to the view that the atmosphere has is relaxed. The only thing to prepare for the order takes a little time to leave because the place is a bit crowded but the food is the same as in any other Taco bell. They have a variety of drinks.
