Starbucks - Linda Mar Blvd, Pacifica

For a shopping mall Starbucks I have no complaints. Yes, there's few outdoor seats, the view is of a parking lot, but that's the way it is. The interior is a good size, and there's seating! Sadly, that's not something you'll see very often in San Francisco, where there's all these Starbucks with ridiculously empty spaces. Anyway, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, the cheese fruit boxes are fresh, the garbage cans aren't overflowing, there's plenty of napkins straws. The only improvement would be getting more staff on a busy weekend afternoon. The poor guy handing out drink orders kept apologizing for the delay. I love all the homespun signs showing Pacifica pride.

Food: It is Starbucks.Service: The girls have been very nice, warm and accommodating. I never had any problems with their service. I would always understand if they are understaffed. I get in line for the coffee so I expect waiting.Ambiance: Very convenient. It is inside Safeway. Homey and not so crowded sometimes.

Worst customer service ever! The barista that works in the evening has a lot of attitude for no apparent reason. Probably having a bad day but not an excuse to be treating others that way. Someone needs to put her in check.

Briana rocks! Always pleasant, remembers me my preferences and makes the entire experience great. We have choices given the number of Starbucks- but I always come here because of the outstanding customer service. Thank you Briana!

Yesterday, Warning I 'm a little irritated....Walking into Starbucks, mask around my wrist, my bad! Asked if I had it, I mentioned I heard on the news that mask mandate was going away soon! The girl behind the counter, was extremely rude and got all uppity, well it hasn 't happened yet me, I rolled my eyes and left. My daughter works at Starbucks too in Eugene Oregon, I 'm very respectful and tip and nice to the ppl that work there! I left and came back thinking maybe we could talk and understand where each of us was coming from...when I approached her, I expressed an interest in talking, she then Unleashed a litany of accusations talked over me wouldn 't let me get a word in edgewise amazingly rude. I get it people are bad days, I have bad days. (Being a barista is probably not an easy job, again my daughter is a barista for Starbucks) There 's no management there. Sort staffing, my daughter 's store has the same problem. Im a good person grew up in the service industry, ppl can be a holes! it 's also difficult to read a person with a mask on! I was not trying to be snarky, I was trying to add levity! The response I received from the barista was completely uncalled for!!! We all need to find our Love again.
