Starbucks - Lincoln City

My experience here was great; I didn't encounter any issues at all. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick coffee on the go. Starbucks will always hold a special place in my heart, no matter the location.

If I could rate this Starbucks zero stars, I would. The woman was rude and got my order wrong twice. She even had the audacity to say that she can't remember everyone's order. I told her that if that's the case, she shouldn't be working here. This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway, and this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect. I've been very patient, returning multiple times in the hope that they would finally get it right. I've now become a fan of Dutch Bros instead.

Safeway Starbucks. Service is usually fairly fast. The drink I get 'shaken toasted vanilla oat milk espresso ' was not the best too much vanilla.

Got a breakfast sandwich, hot and delicious. Only 1 person working at that moment, so a little bit of a wait.

I had a less than pleasant experience this morning with Becky, the store manager, while getting my coffee. She was short and snappy, not just with me but with other customers as well. There was no greeting or even a wish for a great day—essentially, she showed no customer service skills and came off as quite unfriendly. Additionally, they were out of many items and had no idea when they would be restocked, which was quite unhelpful. Thankfully, the coffee she made was okay and not terrible, but it still wasn't great.
