Burt Ends was smoky tasty with a perfectly marbled bite and just the right amount of char spice. Memphis Sweet bbq sauce has sticky sweetness mild tang yum but if you want unique, distinct sweetness you have to try the Chipotle Mango with its sweet floral flavors mixing with smoke. Generous size corn bread served warm with honey. Classic sides like home made country potato salad shells cheese hit the spot fs. Got to try some of the burnt ends soup as an appetizer, great on the rainy day.
The pulled pork horse shoe is amazing!I recommend the Lil Heat BBQ sauce. It's a perfectly balanced Sauce!
This place is actually disgusting. Don’t waste your time going here. I heard the manager call his employees terrible and very VERY inappropriate names and on top of that, my dishes didn’t even looked washed and the food was vial.
Placed order online. Order was accepted and Credit Card charged. Drove 10 miles to pick up food and they were closed! Nothing on website says anything about being closed today! Sign on door says they are in Effingham at a BBQ cook off! You can’t make this stuff up in today’s biz climate!!!
