Domino's Pizza Lincoln

Love it !Delicious pizza. Plenty of parking. Nice staff....etc

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The pizza was alright not amazing, but you get what you pay for and was served on time! However the service I received left a lot to be desired. The staff member I dealt with (who I believe to be the owner) was rude and impatient. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, especially as we navigate Covid protective measures. In future I’ll get my pizza elsewhere.

You have such lovely staff in this store, thanks for such great customer service! pizza was perfect, we had a couple of dietry requirements to cater to and this often gets mucked up at other stores but there was absolutely no issues at all

Food was ok as usual. But sadly they forgot to add the paid extra.Ok, can happen.Called in to complain and get a refund which was promised. For the refund I would need to drive back to the store.As we Don't live in Lincoln, it's not worth the time as fuel would be more than the refund. Instead of coming up with an easy solution we were told they couldn't do anything for us.So literally they screwed up (which is something that can happen), but then no customer friendly solution offered.Maybe worth checking the pizza in store before simply taking it home. Waste of time and energy. Hope their HQ will offer something to us as the branch was not willing to.Staff friendly and trying to help. Just manager didn't really try anything. Except from apologising that this would be the only way to process a refund in store. Because eftpos refund or bank transfer are supposed to be impossible...

Pizza is good and they make it quickly but owner/manager is grumpy and rude. Had friend order around 10 minutes before closing and he was called up and shamed for ordering so close before closing. You would think that if they advertise their closing time then they shouldn't have a problem doing their job up until that time. Otherwise, close earlier, but chances are even if they closed at 8pm the owner would complain and refuse orders at 7:50pm.
