I had Gwen Stefani tickets in my cart but ended up deleting them after my experience at the Jewel concert tonight. We were told three times not to cheer, both for the opening acts and for the main performance. I've attended around 50-100 concerts in my lifetime, and this was by far the most disappointing. It wasn’t due to the talent on stage, but because the atmosphere felt more like a movie theater than, well, a concert.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, featuring a large shower and a separate bathtub. The beds are extremely comfortable. However, I do wish there was a microwave in the room, as I couldn't heat up my food from the café. Both the swimming pool and gym are lovely as well.

I want to share my alarming experience at this casino regarding safety. The security staff here are extremely unhelpful and deceptive. My purse was stolen, and making a police report was a frustrating process. The security personnel misled me about their ability to provide information related to my case. On the day of the incident, they assured me that they would verify whether there was video evidence of the theft. However, when I followed up the next day, the staff member claimed I had never been given that information and insisted that I still needed to file a police report. I was waiting for confirmation from a security officer who had promised to verify that my purse was indeed stolen. I wasn't asking for details about the thief, just a confirmation and the exact time of the incident to aid in the accuracy of my police report. It's clear that the security department here does not prioritize your safety or well-being. If they had simply confirmed the theft, I could have provided crucial information to law enforcement that might have caught not just the thief but also those committing credit and debit card fraud against me. In summary, this casino does not care about its patrons and will not provide the protection you deserve. Exercise extreme caution if you decide to visit!

I haven't won in MONTHS... I hit a 4k jackpot a few months back and LITERALLY haven't won again since. I use my players card and KNOW they track what I play. I'm also pretty sure they're throttling down my wins whenever I use my players card.

While this casino has a bunch of machines to play, they placed them very close together. And since so many people come here, good luck trying to avoid having people invade your personal bubble. The people who patronize the place (ie fellow gamblers) are rude and inconsiderate. They have no concept of normal, simple etiquette much less gambler's etiquette.Don't get your hopes up for a big win either. Or a win of any kind, for that matter. These Natives are rich for a reason. And it ain't because they're generous.Save your money for Reno or Vegas.
