Pizza Hut - Lincoln

Waited about 20 minutes past time for my order then called when it did not appear. the driver said he was delivered, but never, the person who answered, says: "Shuck, I guess I just have to give it up again, it will be another 25 minutes. "No free soda, no apology, nothing, just "they have to wait 25 minutes "Great idea to do a non-delivery and then they tell me "the driver said he delivered it "be insult me when I call because I never got my order got his because i never got my order! 2 stars, because at least they have made the order new, can edit 1 star and a business complaint if I don't get it. update- the driver delivered the 1st in a house a block down that called me to let me know. still on MY order, which was not partially eaten by another family.-got MY order, same driver, tried to say the wind must have blown it away (already he delivered it 2 blocks buried, although similar house number on my road) which began as an honest mistake, became a chaos. 2 stars.

In average large pizza very few mistakes ever I usually pizza from them and no one else

I love this place, eating is always hot and the staff is always polite.

Our last order was prepared perfect.... everything was ready and hot for the time we requested. The new edge pizza is excellent! Love the spices and the crust is perfect.

I called and ordered a pizza from what I thought was 27th and cornhusker hwy and it ended up being the one on 27th and old chenny. When I got to where I thought I had ordered from and realized I had made a mmistakes called right away and told them what had happened the lady got rude and hung up on me. Will NEVER order from 27th and old chenny. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
