That was my first time I was phoe, and the waiting staff was very helpful. In the menu there were at least 3-4 vegan options.

Great portions, very tasty. The staff is knowledgeable. When I asked Tofu about the court, they asked if I wanted to do it with the vegetarian sauce so I could take it.

The tofu pho was delicious, and the broth was some of the best I have *ever* tasted. The noodles were served ready to eat (no need to wait for them to soften! , and we were served PLENTY of basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños. The pho comes in three sizes, and the medium was perfect. Vegan items are marked with a leaf icon.

I literally come here every weekend at least once! The food is amazing and the service is great. 10/10 recommend
