Pho 14 Noodles Palace - Lincoln

Pho 14, or PHE-nomenal Tofu with Vermicelli (menu item number 51, Bun Tau Hu), is a must-try! But don't just take my word for it—this dish comes in a massive bowl filled with all the ingredients and flavors you could wish for: nutty, sweet, savory, tangy, crispy, and fresh. It's absolutely amazing! While there are other vegetarian options on the menu, the combination of vermicelli (rice noodles), fried tofu, and more in this dish was so incredible that I might not want to try anything else. It's a generous portion that perfectly fits my taste. I would definitely rate this noodle dish 10/10, and I can't wait to go back!

Sweetheart is absolutely delicious! I found out that the broth is usually made with chicken by default, so it's important to request the vegetarian option if you want that. Also, the spring rolls can be prepared as vegan or vegetarian! The staff is very friendly too!

It only has a limited selection of vegan options, but they are truly delicious! I tried the vegetarian pho and the tofu with curry, both of which were very flavorful and came in generous portions!
