Mcdonald's - Lincoln

We didn't go inside so I have no idea what the atmosphere was like but the food was fresh, hot, and tasty and the service was great. The kid at the window greeted us when we pulled up and thanked us when we left. Told us to have a nice evening. That'sreally unusual these days.

I Ordered a double pounder with ketchup and pickle only with a fry and large Diet Coke, and a 10 McNugget with sweet and sour sauce. They had no coke and they messed our double pounder up. We?ve gone to multiple McDonald?s and every single one of themhave messed the double pounder with ketchup and pickle only up. The McNuggets were cold and they missed giving us the sweet andsour sauce.

I got a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Large Meal, but when I opened my Double Quarter Pounder, both patties were a mix of pink and brown. A mix of cooked and uncooked. I had to throw it away, and I was very displeased and appalled. Is this howMcDonald?s treats all its customers? I may not even return, if when I order burgers, I recieve beef that I paid for that couldmake me sick.????

This store has went beyond what I thought would be illegal. Whatever system or whomever was in charge that night definitely cloned my debit card and charged it when I hadn't even left my apartment for the purchase date. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD at thislocation. Your data is not safe. And yes I am 100 percent positive the leak or theft of private data was either their system oran employee. It's pretty bad that you used my card at the McDonald's I shopped at 1 time. I have a better mind to take action.This should not happen to your customers! Maybe an internal investigation is necessary. It should be mandatory! Protect yourcustomers!

Surprisedly I was very impressed with this McDonald's! Walked in because drive through line was impossibley long. Store was very clean unlike some I've been to). Employees were very friendly, got our order quickly which frankly kind of scared me. Usually when they are that fast the food is stale and cold. But. Not. This. Time!!! Food was hot and fresh! Tasty for McDonald's...my husband who is very picky about the hash browns) was happy with his meal. Good job to all the staff and management at this store! You all might just change my mind about your chain.
