El Potrero South - Lincoln

The decor was beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter was attentive without being annoying. Best thing was the very comfortable booths. Easy to get in and out. Can't wait to go back. I don't understand the negative reviews.

Omg....the BEST Mexican restaurant in Lincoln. The presentation of the food, the flavors in the food, and the atmosphere are all A+. We ate the Chimichanga Fajita and Taco Carne Asada. Amazing...

Visited El Potrero for a girl's night, and was very underwhelmed with the whole experience. To put it frankly, for cuisine that is known for its vibrant, complex flavors, the food they served was SO bland. The chicken in my combo plate tasted like it was boiled and for too long, making it tough and tasteless. The cheese sauce was like plastic, and the quesadilla wasn't even grilled. ???? Basically, it was the same as my uber-borning burrito, just folded differently. To top it off, it is some of the most expensive Mexican food I've ever eaten. Blerg, on so many levels. ???? People who say this is the best Mexican restaurant in Lincoln need to seriously branch out. It most definitely is nowhere close to the best.

I don't know what else to say other than, this place is so damn good! Everything is always delicious fresh and tasty. The service is fast and friendly. And the restaurant is clean with plenty of tv's to watch sports. Seriously top notch ????????????

This place is amazing. The staff are very polite and take care your every need. 100% the best in Lincoln.
