Brewsky's Food Spirits - Lincoln

Gage was great. Had a BD party there and everything was great. If you have a party of 20 or more people, you have a special event menu.

Can't complain about the food here! I got the Bistro-Burger and my Gf got the pig-talloin sandwich. We also have a spinach Artichoke Dip to share. The food was great! But we found the service very slow. We went on a Friday night, and we were there half an hour until we got our ducks. Our waitress took our drink and app order, then it was a solid 30 minutes until she came back to ask for the main dish. We saw them standing around several times and only talking to other employees. The place wasn't full. I usually love Brewsky?s, but the unattended service turned around what would be a quick dinner to a longer affair than we would? ve liked. We will be back, only frustrated with this special experience.

On Thursday evening we met 10 wings and fries to go to the bar. I also ordered a drink while I was waiting. After 20 minutes I saw an order in the heating window that I thought was my and perfect timing as I had just finished my drink. 25 30 minutes later, I wasn't even asked if I needed a drink, and the bartender finally brought my food. Of course, when I drove home for 7 minutes, everything was cold and chewing. The place wasn't even close to being busy. To get it from the bartender ran my card without asking me, then he had to try to delete a manager so I could use my reward. It was said to check my account the next morning to see if it has canceled and whether it should not come back. We also have a group of us appearing once a week for food and beverages in the last 2 years, and the service and food quality have gone down while prices have risen. We started trying new places for our weekly meeting place.

I was in Lincoln for the cough game and it was super busy in downtown, so we wanted to find something less busy with food and beer. Hit the Jack Pot! Great food, good service and good beer. I have to meet Jason from the old gas ape-garage crew. He observed Oklahoma against Nebraska. I would recommend this place for burgers and beer.

Sooo bad. Went there for lunch and ordered nachos for an app. It came out with literally a small drizzle of cheese, maybe a spoon full of hamburger. And everything else what was supposed to be included was just a Trace full. I asked very politely (which I HATE doing but needed to be done) for maybe just a little more toppings. I was looked at like I was being rude. Refused to add more toppings so I said ok. I'll just pay extra. I got wings and asked for them to be extra crispy. They were undercooked. My girl got the buffalo chicken tenders. They looked like they've been cooked and waiting to be served with barely any sauce on them. Plus they were extremely dry(because they were previously cooked I'm guessing) our onion rings were way undercooked. Our son's French fries were extremely soggy like they just dipped them in the fryer. My girlfriend had to walk to the bar to order water cause our waitress would not come check on us. And when she did she got a very unwelcome response from the bartender. Like it was my girlfriend's problem she had to ask for water. All the time it was very slow and not very many people ordering food. More than 60% of the tables were dirty and was very hard to find a table that was suitable. I could have got better service and food from McDonald's. I hate leaving this kind of review because I liked the location on 16th and south before they closed. Ownership should definitely address the daytime management and staff.
