Alley-bi Saloon - Lincoln

I visited the restaurant for the first time last night, and the bartender was really great—happy birthday to him once again! The atmosphere was friendly, and it’s a lovely place overall. I definitely recommend checking it out. I didn't get a chance to try the hamburger that everyone seems to rave about since they stop serving it at 2 AM, but I’m sure I’ll get to taste it next time. This restaurant offers straightforward yet delicious options. Their burgers are great! It’s a cozy local spot with friendly, no-frills service. They don’t use plates or utensils, and there are no fryers—just a flat-top grill and bags of chips. I would definitely return to sample their other sandwiches. Please note, they only accept cash.

Cindy is one of the nicest bar owners I've ever met. She does all the cooking for lunch and have a beer with you after work! Burgers are made from fresh ground beef she balls up every morning. Don't ask for fries, lettuce or tomatoes! This place is simple, raw or grilled onions, pickles and house made ketchup and mustard, but you can have your choice of potato chips!

What a great place! Great music, beers are $2.25, and they have a combination of arcade and gambling games by the pool table. Someone won $70 there. Jukebox is a huge plus. Wish I could come here more often.

I've eaten here many times. The burgers are second to none and put the local fast food joints to shame. My only complaint is they don't accept credit cards and I don't always have cash on me.
