Subway - Lincoln

I recently decided to give subway a try and ordered a sandwich with high hopes of a tasty meal. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing as there was an excessive amount of sauce that made the sandwich almost inedible. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, I was hit with a strong smell of the sauce. With my first bite, I realized that the sauce overpowered everything else, making it hard to taste the other ingredients. The bread became soggy and the flavors were lost in the sea of sauce. While sauces can enhance a sandwich, the ratio was completely off here. It was disappointing to see the sandwich's potential overshadowed by the careless assembly and excessive use of sauce. I struggled to even finish half of it due to the overwhelming taste. Terrible.

I recently went to Subway in Lincoln and ordered a tuna salad, but it was completely smothered in an excessive amount of pesto. I like pesto, but my meal was overwhelmed by the green sauce and I couldn't taste anything else. I returned it immediately and a male staff member looked at it and said he didn't know what to do because I had said I was okay with pesto. He called over a colleague who also dismissed my complaint and said there wasn't that much pesto on it. They offered no solution and ignored me. Frustrated, I threw the entire pesto salad in the trash and left without a refund or exchange. I will not be going back to this Subway again.

The service at this restaurant was terrible, and the sandwich I ordered was equally as disappointing. The customer service was not good at all, very rude, and ultimately led to me receiving a subpar sandwich.

Visited Subway Wragby Road) for the 3rd time in 6 weeks to buy sandwiches after we’d been shopping.On all 3 of those occasions they had completely run out of bread. How can a sandwich shop run out of bread? Once you can forgive, but 2nd 3rd time, that we know of ,is just bad planning. Get your act together Subway!

Always go into subway with my boyfriend and the staff are very unprofessional and leave derogatory things written on the bag for pickup
