Pizza Panz - Lincoln

The regular burgers at this restaurant are homemade and delicious. I highly recommend them. The management is polite and brilliant, always willing to help. The kids love the extra large pizzas.

We have used Pizza Panz for many years and never disappointed. We used to live just round the corner and thought we’d stop using them when we moved but nope. We find we are still using them despite having a well known pizza chain just round the corner now. Always friendly and how can you go round with 2 for 1 pizzas.

I have been a customer of Pizza Panz for 9 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food. However, when ordering through Just Eat to pay by card, there have been some small but frustrating errors in my recent orders. For example, I paid for a large sauce but received a small 'medium' pot instead. I also paid for cheese on my burger twice but did not receive it either time, even though I was charged £1 extra for each order. These discrepancies are irritating because we are not receiving what we paid for, yet the takeaway is still receiving payment. The food always arrives hot and in a timely manner, but I urge the restaurant to please make sure they deliver what we have paid for.

I placed an order for delivery over the phone. After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about the status of my order, only to find out that it had been delivered to the wrong address. The restaurant was waiting for us to call, even though they had our mobile number and address on file. The service was shocking and we ended up not receiving any food.

We chose Pizza Panz over the franchise shops due to their impressive menu and their prices. They have a good range of traditional pizza's and some very good house specials too! Well recommended! Only the lack of garlic sauce for crust dunking stopped a five star rating.
