Ethan's Japanese Steak House - Lincoln

We absolutely love Ethan’s! The food is amazing, the people are fantastic, and the cooks are incredibly talented. We can’t wait for you to open again!

I’m here to support a fellow Ethan. I've never been to this restaurant before, but the food looks great. I really crave some noodles!

This restaurant is a hidden gem just outside of Lincoln, which conveniently means plenty of parking. The staff is warm and friendly, but the real highlight is the fresh and delicious sushi. The ingredients are flavorful and expertly put together. The eel presented as a dragon is a charming whimsical detail. In my opinion, any restaurant that serves peanut butter pie deserves at least one star right off the bat. I'd definitely come back, and I hope they stick around for a long time!
